Cooper Villa is a fully furnished, two-story vacation home situated just 100 meters from the shoreline in the residential bay area of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Its prime location offers tranquility while being within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the vibrant nightlife of the town.
The villa features four bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, and hot water. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.
Guests can enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a water filter—perfect for beach rentals. The dining area features a round table with seating for eight, adjacent to the living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi.
The villa boasts a large garden near the pool area, multiple social spaces, a barbecue area, and a small lounge. Sliding doors with screens connect the indoor living spaces to the outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the Nicaraguan sun or relax by the pool.
