Mar y Sol Beach House is a tranquil beachfront property nestled along the pristine shores of Playa Marsella, just north of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. The main house features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. For larger groups or those seeking additional privacy, there's an optional detached casita available at an extra cost. This separate unit includes a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette with a small fridge and coffee maker, providing accommodations for two additional guests. Please note that the casita is only rented in conjunction with the main house.

Electricity Usage: Guests are allocated 35 kW of electricity per day. Usage beyond this limit will incur a charge of $0.50 per kW.
Vehicle Recommendation: Due to the property's location, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for easier access.
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of two nights is required during the regular season, and four nights during holidays.
Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed on the property.
